We regret to announce that the South African leg of Jill Scott’s To Whom This May Concern World Tour, scheduled for 7 November 2026 at SunBet Arena, Time Square in Pretoria, and 11 November 2026 at Grand Arena, GrandWest in Cape Town, has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Jill and her team are actively exploring the possibility of returning to South Africa at a future date. South Africa has always held a special place in Jill’s heart, and she remains committed to returning and reconnecting with her South African fans as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused to fans who were looking forward to these performances.
All ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund. No action is required.
Refunds are already being processed and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment account. There is no need to contact Ticketmaster or Showtime Management to request a refund.
